Trust policy statement

We launch from our website different campaigns aimed at covering the value of one good. Afterwards, this good will be purchased and subsequently allotted or awarded.

Any good is acquired through the purchase of an e-Squadron, whose prize equals to the good’s one. The ultimate value of an e-Squadron is determined by the number of recruits who join up. Once the value of the good has been fully covered, the good is purchased, and it is ultimately allotted or awarded to the winner of the draw supervised by the public notary. Thus, the good will be handed over to the user who had previously purchased the winning recruit.

The e-Squadron strategy is mainly based on the trust held between customers and e-Squadron. To do so, e-Squadron has committed itself to a complete transparency policy:

  • Each e-Squadron is associated to one and only one campaign.
  • Each campaign is preceded by an recruitment period, which consists in the reservation of one position in the e-Squadron to be eventually completed.
  • Once the campaign has concluded and all the necessary procedures have been fulfilled, the e-Squadron is formally made up.
  • Campaigns come to an end when either the value of the good has been covered or when the closing date is past.
  • The number of recruitments is shown beforehand.
  • The number of recruitments is updated on a real-time basis.
  • The information about recruitments is freely open to users. They will be able to obtain as much information as they need as to other users and their subscriptions.
  • Once the closing date is reached, if the value of the good has not been fully covered, the value of the e-Squadron is awarded to a member of this e-Squadron in a public draw supervised by a public notary.
  • The allotment or awarding of the good if its value has been fully covered, or the value if the closing date is reached will be handed over in a public draw supervised by a public notary.
  • Draws will be broadcast live.
  • Public information about the draws for each campaign will be given on a real time basis (Authorities determine three month and two month periods for real estate properties and other goods, respectively).
  • The valuation of a good includes all the expenses and charges and intrinsic to the purchase of such a good. Thus, the winner will receive the freehold, full and clear title deeds, free of any debt or mortgage.
  • Strict compliance with the Data Protection Act ensured.
  • In addition, only the public notary will be in absolute and exclusive charge and control of the bank account where all payouts, tickets and funds aimed at the covering of campaigns will be credited.
