The following sets out the Conditions of Use and Access for all users (hereinafter, the “user”) who wish to access to all the information and services available on the website www.e-squadron.com (hereinafter, the “web”), managed by Squadron Inversiones S. L. CIF B92987320 (ESCUADRON INVERSIONES Limited Company, Company Tax Code B92987320).

The user who visits the web declares that has read and accepted, without exception, the following conditions of this Legal Notice.

Aim

The aim of www.e-squadron.com is to provide information and facilitate access to all the services and contents available on the web. The user will have to pay and deposit all the amounts aimed at purchasing recruits.

e-squadron makes content available to users, and even though every necessary precaution has been taken to provide up-to-date, accurate information in the web, the e‑squadron cannot guarantee that all the information is fully up-to-date and free from errors or omissions. Therefore, the user accepts that all contents, be data, images, articles, services, offers, or any other kind of information is strictly informative. In addition, e-squadron is committed to ensuring that your Personal Information is kept accurate and up to date at all times. However, we can only make changes to your Personal Information if you notify e-squadron. It is the user’s responsibility to let e‑squadron know if there are inaccuracies or changes to your Personal Information at any time as well as any other changes as to name, phone number, postal address, or any other services offered.

Intellectual and industrial property rights

e-squadron expressively authorizes the user to retrieve all the contents and elements of the web (including, but not limited to, databases, documents, graphic images, charts, text files and software), and, the materials contained in the Site may be downloaded or copied by the user provided that ALL copies retain the copyright and any other proprietary notices contained on the materials. No material may be modified, edited or taken out of context such that its use creates a false or misleading statement or impression as the positions, statements or actions of e-squadron.

User rights and obligations

The user will be entitled and liable to make a right and legal use of the Web www.e‑squadron.com in order to guarantee that a suitable use is made of the services and contents herein offered, in accordance with the current legislation, morality, good practice norms and public order. The user of the page will respond personally to the damages or effects caused to e-squadron, whichever their nature is, whether directly or indirectly, due to the lack of compliance with any of the obligations derived from these General Conditions or other regulations ruling the use of the page. In addition, he/she will respond directly, indirectly or subsidiarily for the emerging damage or profit‑making derived from breaking the Intellectual Property authors’ rights.

Responsible use of the website

www.e‑squadron.com and its users agree not to use any systematic retrieval of data or other information, cookies, password mining or tools which store and arrange any kind of information related to passwords. In addition, the User agrees not to introduce and distribute using the web any viruses, damaging computer programming routines, and engines or software which may eventually bring any loss or damage whatsoever to the entire system or any third party suppliers. The User agrees not to post or transmit any racist, xenophobic, pornographic, terrorism supporting material or any other contents which violate human rights.

Privacy and data protection policy

Squadron Inversiones S. L., agrees to collect and process data gathered supplied by the User through his/her use of our www.e‑squadron.com (browsing). Squadron Inversiones S. L. has physical and electronic safeguards, and company-wide policies and procedures, designed specifically to guard the User’s Personal Information against accidental disclosure. The personal information we gather can only be used so as to complete requests initiated by Users, to provide information about our services, as well as to keep Users informed about news of our company. Likewise, Squadron Inversiones S. L. agrees not to sell or disclose Users’ personal information to third parties without consent and authorization expressed by customers. E‑squadron has made all the necessary efforts to keep the Personal Information we hold as accurate and as current as possible. At the same time, Squadron Inversiones S. L. will take appropriate measures to prevent the Users’ personal information from being accessed improperly, lost, destroyed, hacked, leaked or stolen pursuant to ORGANIC LAW 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable legislation.

Applicable legislation

This Legal Notice as well as any questions or controversy arising hereunder shall be interpreted or governed under and by laws of Spain, and jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of said question or controversy shall be in the Court of Málaga.

The Company guarantees that all the personal data obtained will be used for the purposes, in the form and with the limitations and rights recognized in the Law 15/1999 of protection of Personal Data. Any person that has given his personal data to www.e‑squadron.com shall be able to exercise at no cost the rights to access, rectify, cancel and object in regards to said data, as established in the above mentioned Law, by sending an email to the following email address info@e‑squadron.com.

The awarding of the prize

The awarding of the prize* to a member of the e‑squadron will take place under the supervision of a notary. The notary’s regulation correspond essentially with the Terms and Conditions included in the following document.
