The e‑Squadron’s strategy consists in the organization of campaigns for the formation of an e‑Squadron. Each of these e-Squadrons is aimed at purchasing one good which will be eventually allotted to one and only one of its members. These campaigns are mostly characterized by the purchase of a reduced ticket (10 €) as to the overall value of the good; high chances of winning; a fixed number of participants determined beforehand; and the securing of unencumbered goods. The winner will receive the freehold, full and clear title deeds, free of any debt or mortgage.

The information on each of the campaigns is freely accessible and updated on a real‑time basis. Once the campaign has been completed, we will proceed with the necessary legal and administrative procedures so as to ensure that the allocation will be take place before a public notary. The draw will be lively broadcast and all the amounts and deposits needed to purchase the goods will be in charge of the public notary, who will ultimately give all the necessary funds to the member of the e-Squadron who wins the prize. The entire process will be supervised by the notary.
